    For the Asia market: 7-14 days

    For the American /Europe market: 40-60 days

  • 08. What about delivery service?

  • 10. It's my first time importing from China, what should I do?

    Don’t worry! We can recommend a professional forwarder to help arrange your shipment.

  • 13. How can I replace or purchase spare parts for a product?
    If you need to replace or buy spare parts, please reach out to your sales representative or email us at customerservice@dewer.com with your inquiry. We will respond within 48 hours.
  • 14. What is the product warranty period?

    We offer a product warranty for all our products. The specific duration of the warranty will depend on your agreement with your sales representative. 

  • 15. What is the after-sales warranty process? What information is required?
    To initiate a warranty claim, please provide the following details:

    Description of the issue

    Photos of the problem

    Marked drawings (if applicable)

  • 16. What Delivery terms do you offer?

    DEWER primarily offers FOB pricing, but we can accommodate other terms based on your requirements, including EXW, CIF, and DDP. Please reach out to us for more details.


  • 17. What kinds of payment terms do you accept?

    DEWER typically accepts T/T payments. For project orders, we require a 50% deposit before production and the remaining balance before shipping. For personal orders, an 80% deposit is required before production, with the final 20% due before shipping. Please contact us for further information.

    Franchise payment terms is subject to Contract agreement.
